Boucle Beds offer free Australia-wide shipping on all orders. Our premium beds arrive fully assembled in full-size packaging—no flat-packing or foam compression. In-stock items ship within 1–2 business days, with delivery typically taking 3–5 business days (longer for rural or international locations). You'll receive a tracking link once your order ships. Local pickup from our Sydney warehouse is also available by appointment. Please contact us at support@bouclebeds.com.au before your order ships to arrange a collection time.

You can return or exchange your Boucle Bed within 14 days—as long as the vacuum-sealed packaging remains unopened and the item is unused and in original condition. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. To start a return or exchange, email support@bouclebeds.com.au.

Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund (or exchange, if requested) will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear.

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns if the seal has been broken, so please check sizing before opening.

All beds include a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and foam sagging under normal home use. The warranty does not cover wear and tear, damage from rough pet use, improper care, or commercial use.
