At Boucle Beds, we take pride in the integrity of our craftsmanship. Our premium beds—and the high-density foam within—are never compressed into small boxes. Each order arrives fully assembled, in full-size packaging, ready to be enjoyed the same day.

All in-stock items are dispatched within 1–2 business days of placing your order. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following Monday, or the next business day if Monday is a public holiday.

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days within Australia. Please allow additional time for regional, rural, or international addresses.

Yes—complimentary shipping is available Australia-wide on all orders.

We primarily ship via Australia Post for most products.

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to follow your delivery in real time.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia.

Each delivery includes proof of delivery, often with a photo. While Boucle Beds cannot be held responsible for lost parcels where delivery confirmation is provided, if you believe your package was misdelivered, please contact our team—we’re here to help.

Yes, local pickup from our Sydney warehouse is available by appointment. Please contact us at pickup@bouclebeds.com.au before your order ships to arrange a collection time.

If you have received your Boucle Bed and the vacuum-sealed packaging remains unopened, you are eligible to request a return or an exchange for a different size. To be eligible, the product must be in its original vacuum-sealed packaging, and all additional items—must be unused and in pristine, brand-new condition.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at support@bouclebeds.com.au within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Upon receipt and inspection of the item(s), provided they meet the stated conditions, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Should you prefer an exchange, kindly indicate this when contacting us.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect on your statement. If you do not see the refund after this period, please reach out to our customer service team for assistance.

Due to hygiene standards, we are unable to accept returns once the wrapping on the Boucle Bed has been opened, as the product cannot be repackaged. If you have concerns regarding the size or suitability of the bed, we strongly advise not breaking the seal and instead contacting us for guidance on arranging a return or exchange.

Boucle Beds offers a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects, in addition to a 12-month warranty against sagging of the memory foam.

This limited warranty applies to defects that arise from faulty materials or workmanship under normal, domestic use. Please note that damage resulting from failure to follow care instructions is not covered under this warranty.

If you believe you have received a defective item, kindly contact our customer service team at support@bouclebeds.com.au. We will gladly assist with arranging a replacement, provided the claim falls within the scope of our warranty terms.

Please be advised that the warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear from regular washing or everyday use
• Damage caused by rough handling or aggressive pet behavior, including chewing, ripping, tearing, scratching, staining, or moisture exposure
• Damage resulting from commercial use (e.g., in hotels, boarding facilities, or retail settings)

Yes, but on tile or hardwood floors, we recommend placing the bed on a rug or mat to prevent condensation caused by your dog’s body heat and to protect against moisture build-up.

No. While very durable, the Boucle Bed is not resistant to aggressive chewing or scratching and is intended for sleep and rest only.

No. The elevated foam base allows air circulation, helping to regulate your dog’s body temperature and avoid overheating.

The Boucle Bed is high quality and its substantial weight helps it stay in place—even with active dogs. Due to the density and high quality of the foam, these beds are double the weight of many competitors.

Absolutely. The orthopaedic memory foam supports growing joints and provides essential relief to older dogs experiencing joint discomfort.

Dogs of all sizes love Boucle Beds! The Sculpt Bed would probably best suit smaller dogs. For our other designs, you can also consider adding a blanket or pillow for extra coziness.

We designed the Boucle Bed with everyday practicality in mind—because we know hygiene isn’t always your dog’s top priority. Our covers are fully removable and machine washable, so there’s no need to wash the entire bed. Simply unzip the cover and wash on a gentle cycle using mild detergent. The memory foam components are protected by inner linings and should not be washed, as exposure to water may cause damage. To dry, hang the covers inside out in a shaded area until completely dry before reassembling the bed. For minor messes, you can spot-clean the cover without needing to run a full wash.

No. Memory foam should never be washed, as doing so can cause it to deteriorate. Instead, machine wash the removable cover and wipe down the inner lining with a damp cloth and mild detergent.

Absolutely. The bed can be vacuumed to remove loose fur and debris.

No. Please avoid bleach or harsh chemicals, as they may damage the fabric. Only use a gentle wash cycle with mild detergent.

Each cover includes a care label with specific washing instructions. Please refer to this label before cleaning. All covers should be air-dried by hanging them inside out in a shaded area. Many of our covers dry quickly—often within a few hours.

The Boucle Bed is made from high quality, non-toxic materials. While safe to touch and lie on, the foam is not intended for ingestion. If you suspect your dog has swallowed any part of the foam, please consult your veterinarian immediately, as this may lead to intestinal blockages.
